摘要
对有工业应用前景的SF_6/N_2混合气体绝缘介质进行了全面的研究.在均匀电场中SF_6/N_2的耐电强度可由Wieland近似式估算,电极表面粗糙度效应可由已知的SF_6/N_2优异值用多个突起的表面粗糙度模型算得.文中给出SF_6/N_2在陡波和雷电冲击波下伏秒特性及其放电生成物的分析结果.计算和实验还表明,即使在垂直敷设的情况下,SF_6/N_2的混合比随高差的变化也可以忽略不计.
The SF_6/N_2 gas mixture as a promising gaseous dielectric for industrial applications is thoroughly studied. The dielectric strength of the gas mixture in a uniform field can be evaluated by the Wieland approximatiom, and the electrode surface roughness effect can be calculated by using a multiridge model with the known figure of merit of the gas mixture. The V-t characteristics of the gas mixture under steep-fronted impulse and lightning impulse voltages are also presented. It is shown that the gas decomposition products in the mixture are quite similar to those in pure SF_6 gas,and the variation of the mixing ratio with elevation can be neglected.
