新生儿脑血流的影响因素及检测方法 被引量:3

The Influential Factors and Measurements of Cerebral Blood Flow in Neonates

摘要 缺氧缺血性脑病和脑室内出血是新生儿脑损伤的主要类型,多种脑血管内外因素导致的脑血流动力学变化均与两者的发病机制密切相关。近年来有关新生儿脑损伤的脑血流影响因素及检测方法的研究取得不少进展,影响因素包括出生体重、胎龄和日龄,睡眠和觉醒状态,脑血管压自动调节,二氧化碳分压和氧分压,细胞因子及多种疾病和治疗因素;检测方法主要有经颅多普勒、脑导纳法和近红外光谱技术等。
