摘要
为克服离子束注入甘草技术的不足,在甘草种子催芽前处理技术摸索的基础上,进行了离子束注入研究。重复实验表明:甘草种子可以直接以浓硫酸处理1.5-2h,使得种子发芽迅速整齐,在发芽率和胚根长方面优于原用种子。在此基础上探索了低能(30keV)N+离子束注入技术,发现如果种子不经浓硫酸处理,离子束注入并不能提高发芽率;酸处理后注入与注入后再酸处理效果相当,只是后者发芽率略低。本试验为种皮坚韧的植物种子进行离子束注入提供了借鉴。
Based on the exploration of pretreatment of seed, ion implantation was conducted. The results showed that liquorice from Inner Mongolian could acquire rapid and uniform germination after erosion by sulfate acid for 1.5 - 2 hours. It was also found that seeds couldn't get ideal germination rate by ion implantation without erosion by sulfate acid. The result from ion implantation after sulfate acid erosion was nearly equal to that from ion implantation before acid erosion. Liquorice seeds were pretreated with sulfate acid and dried and ion implanted. This study also offers a reference for the ion beam implantation of plant seeds with tough seed coats.
