摘要
报道了用自行组装的流动注射化学发光分析仪,对茜素紫-乳化剂OP-H2O2-Ti(IV)化学发光新体系进行了研究.考察了测定钛的最佳条件,测定Ti(IV)的线性响应浓度为0.5×10-7~8.0×10-6g·ml-1,检测下限达50ng·ml-1,对2μg·ml-1(IV)进行了11次重复测定,其RSD为2.1%,对28种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验,表明方法具有较好的选择性,用于水样中钛的分析,结果令人满意.
A new method is reported for the determination of trace amount of Ti(Ⅳ) with Alizarin Volet OP H 2O 2 Ti(Ⅳ) chemiluminescence system by FIA. The detection limit of the method is 50 ng·ml -1 for Ti(Ⅳ). If the range of Ti(Ⅳ) concentration for the working curves is 0 5×10 -7 ~8 0×10 -6 g·ml -1 ,the peak height is found to be linearly dependent on the concentration of Ti(Ⅳ). The relative standard deviation is less than 2 1%. The method has been applied to determining Ti(Ⅳ) in water with satisfactory results.
