摘要
本文报道了利用自行组装的流动注射化学发光分析仪,对光泽精-丙酮-H_2O_2-Ag(Ⅰ)的化学发光体系进行了研究。我们发现,在碱性条件下,Ag(Ⅰ)可催化H_2O_2氧化光泽精而产生发光,且发光强度有较大幅度的增强,被增强的发光强度与Ag(Ⅰ)浓度有良好的线性关系,与此同时,加入30%的丙酮有强烈的敏化作用,可提高测定的灵敏度3.5倍。
The title chemiluminescence system and its optimum reaction condition are studied using flow injection -chemiluminescence apparatus made in the laboratory. The linear range of the calibration curve is 0.4~100μg/ml for Ag(I) and the detection limit is 0.01 μg/ml, The method was applied to the determination of Ag(I) in water with satisfactory results.
