摘要
基于在丙三醇存在下,以邻菲罗啉作活化剂,铁(Ⅲ)对溴酸钾氧化维多利亚天蓝B褪色的催化作用,建立了痕量铁的反相流动注射分析(rFIA)新方法.方法的线性范围为0.03~1.80μg/mL铁(Ⅲ),对0.05μg/mL铁(Ⅲ)平行测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.5%,进样频率为16s/h.方法可直接用于水样、工业盐酸等样品中痕量铁的测定,回收试验的回收率为91%~105%.
A rapid catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron has been established by reverse flow injection technique based on iron catalyzing decoloration reaction of Victoria blue B with potassium bromate in the presence of 1,10 phenathroline. The linear range is 0.03~1.80 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation is 1.5% obtained from 11 standard solutions each containing 0.05 μg/mL of iron. 16 samples can be analysed per hour. The method has been applied to the determination of natural water, chemical pure reagent hydrochloric acid and industrial hydrochloric acid with satisfactory results.
