慢性肾衰患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性及离子浓度的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测20例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者红细胞膜ATP酶活力(ATPase)及红细胞内相关离子浓度。方法:红细胞膜ATPase活性测定参照Shalev方法。红细胞内Na+、Ca(2+)浓度测定采用原子吸收火焰法。结果:CRF患者Na+-K+-AT-Pase、Ca(2+)-ATPase、Mg(2+)-ATPase活性均非常明显低于正常人(P<0.01);但红细胞内Na+和Ca(2+)浓度却明显高于正常人(P<0.01,P<0.05)。CRF患者血清肌酐水平与红细胞内Na+浓度存在明显正相关;Na+-K+-ATPase与Na+含量之间呈负相关。结论:提示红细胞Na+-K+-ATPase活力降低是CRF患者酶学改变的表现之一。 To determine the ATPase activity of erythrocytic membrane and intraerythrocyticionic concentrations in 20 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Erythrocyte membrane AT-Pase activites were determined as described by Sha1ev, and erythrocyte Na+ and Ca2+ concentrations weredetected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The Na+-K+-ATPase, Ca2 t -ATPase, Mg2+ATPase activities were significantly lower in CRF patients than in normal individuals (P<O. O1 ). Na+,Ca2+ were significantly higher in CRF patients. CRF patients with higher cell Na+ had higher serum creati-nine, and there was a significant p0sitive correlation between serum creatinine and erythr0cyte Na+ c0ncen-tration (r= O. 4824)- There was a significant negative relation between Na+-K+-ATPase activity and ery-throcyte Na+ concentration (r=0. 6420). Conclusion: There is a significant decrease of erythrocyte Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+, Mg’+-ATPase activity, suggesting this a feature of the changes of enzymology inCRF patients.
