摘要
以国内外近期文献为依据,介绍了各种口服吸收模型的实验方法和特点,并对近几年来口服吸收模型在中药研究中的应用进行了总结。提示开展中药口服吸收的研究不但可以为中药口服剂型方案和质量标准研究提供科学依据,而且可以结合中医药理论,科学地阐述中药复方的配伍规律,从而为中医药现代化提供有益的探索。
This paper deals with the experimental methods and features with oral absorption models and the application of these methods in recent years. The authors believe that the research in oral absorption of Chinese drugs can not only provide scientific bases for plans of the Chinese drug oral preparation forms and quality control, but also scientifically enunciate the regularities in drug combination in compound prescriptions, thus providing useful exploration for the modemization of Chinese medicine and pharmacology.
