摘要
该文基于课题组多年来对炙淫羊藿炮制机制的研究实践,集成多学科的理论和技术,初步构建了基于化学成分转化-肠吸收屏障网络耦联作用的中药炮制机制研究体系,形成了"化学成分变化-生物转化-体内外代谢-肠吸收转运-药动学结合药效学-药效机制"的创新研究模式,并结合淫羊藿以及其他中药炮制机制研究的具体实例,对该研究体系的学术思想、研究方法与关键技术进行详细探讨,将有利于系统、深入地挖掘中药炮制的现代科学内涵,丰富中药炮制理论。
Based on practice of Epimedium processing mechanism for many years and integrated muhidisciplinary theory and technology, this paper initially constructs the research system for processing mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine based on chemical composition transformation combined with intestinal absorption barrier, which to form an innovative research mode of the "chemical composition changes-biological transformation-metabolism in vitro and in vivo-intestinal absorption-pharmacokinetic combined pharmacodynamic-pharmacodynamic mechanism". Combined with specific examples of Epimedium and other Chinese herbal medicine processing mechanism, this paper also discusses the academic thoughts, research methods and key technologies of this research system, which will be conducive to systematically reveal the modern scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and enrich the theory of Chinese herbal medicine processing.
