摘要
目的合成新的席夫碱类化合物,以筛选更为高效、广谱的杀菌剂。方法选取6种取代芳香醛与自制的3—(4—吡啶基)—4—氨基—1,2,4—三唑—5—硫酮反应,以醋酸为反应溶剂,合成目标产物。结果得到了6种新的三唑类席夫碱化合物。结论采用的合成方法简便,反应条件温和。
Aim To prepare new schiff bases for screening high effective and broad - spectrum fungicide. Methods The title compounds have been synthesized by 3-(4-pyridyl)-4-amino-1, 2, 4-triazole-5-thione and substituted aromatic aldehydes as starting material and glacial acetic as solvent. Results Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR IR and elemental analysis. Conclusion The synthetic method is more available with mild reaction condition. Six new compounds were synthesized.
