摘要
秘灵王由黄芪、人参等多种中药配方而成。在整体水平上，它能增强单核巨噬细胞对碳粒的廓清能力。在此基础上，进一步观察了秘灵王在细胞水平上对炎症介质和介质相关酶的影响，包括腹腔活化巨噬细胞、腹腔静息巨噬细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞。结果表明，秘灵王能降低腹腔活化巨噬细胞过量分泌一氧化氮、白细胞介素１及肿瘤坏死因子，降低细胞内超氧化物歧化酶的活性，增强精氨酸酶的活性。秘灵王对腹腔静息巨噬细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞分泌介质无明显的调整作用，但它能增加肺泡巨噬细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的含量，具有保护肺泡的功能。
MLW is made up of many kinds of Chinese Traditional Medicine.The effect of MLW on Mφ was observed in mice which had received MLW for 6 days.The results show that MLW can increase the phagocytosis function of Mφ and decrease NO、IL 1、TNF secreted by activated Mφ.Furthermore,MLW can enhance arginase and inhibit SOD activity in activated Mφ.But MLW has little effect on NO、IL 1、TNF produced by peritoneal rest Mφ and alveolar Mφ.Moreover,MLW can increase SOD activity in alveolar Mφ.All data indicate that MLW can not only increase normal Mφ function,but also exert an anti inflammatory function when inflammatory occurs.
