摘要
探究中药秘灵王对人体免疫细胞增殖的效应。采用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ、３Ｈ－ＵＲ及３Ｈ－Ｌｅｕ掺入的方法，对秘灵王提取物（ＭＬＷＥ）对人免疫细胞增殖反应的影响进行研究。结果表明：ＭＬＷＥ可促进人外周血全血及单个核细胞ＤＮＡ合成；可促进人外周血单个核细胞ＲＮＡ及蛋白质的合成；可促进人胚胎胸腺细胞与脾细胞的增殖。提示ＭＬＷＥ可增强人体免疫功能。
Effect of MLW extract (MLWE) on the proliferation of human immunocytes has been investigated using the method of 3H-TdR and 3H-Leu incorporation.The results show that MLWE may enhance synthesis of DNA in human peripheral blood cells and mononculear cells,synthesis of RNA and protein in human mononuclear cells,Proliferation of human fetal thymocytes and splenocytes.
