摘要
采用30m×0.25mm×0.25μmDB-5石英毛细管气相色谱柱与FID检测器,癸二酸二异辛酯为内标物,柱温270℃、进样口与检测器温度均为290℃,载气与尾吹氮气流速分别为1.3、30mL/min、氢气47mL/min及空气400mL/min,分流比为1∶20,在上述色谱条件下进行哒嗪硫磷与氰戊菊酯两种组分乳油定量分析。方法中哒嗪硫磷和氰戊菊酯变异系数分别为0.592%、1.378%,平均回收率为100.14%、99.69%,线性相关系数为0.9981和0.9970。
A quantitative analysis of pyridaphenthion and fenvalerate EC by capillary gas chromatography with fused silica chromatographic column packed with DB-5 was developed. The column had a length of 30 m, an inner diameter of 0.25 mm and a film thickness of 0.25 lain. Di-iso-octyl sebacate as internal standard and the FID detector were used. The temperature of the column, the detector and the injection port were set at 270 ℃, 290 ℃ and 290 ℃. The flow rate of the carder gas of nitrogen, the makeup gas of nitrogen, the hydrogen and the air were decided at 1.3 mL/min, 30 mL/min, 47 mL/min and 400 mL/min. The split ratio was selected 1:20. The coefficient of variation was 0.592 % and 1.378%. The average recovery was 100.14 % and 99.69 %.The linear correlation was r^2=0.9981 and r^2=0.9970.
