描述了用毛细管气相色谱对0.8%四氟菊酯驱蚊药液的定量分析方法。样品溶于含内标物邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯的异丙醇中,用DB-1毛细管分离并用带有火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱测定四氟菊酯。气化室温度:230℃;检测器温度:300℃;柱箱温度:起始温度100℃;升温速率15℃/min;终止温度28℃,保持时间10min。方法的变异系数为6.4%。回收率在92%-108%之间。
This paper describes a capillary column gas chromatography method for quantitative analysis of an 0.8 % solution of transfluthrin repellent.The sample is dissolved in 2-propanol containing dipentylphthalate as aninlernal standard. Separation was conducted on a capillary column coated with DB-1 and transfluthrin was determined by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection. Coefficient of variation for the method was 6.4% and recovery rate was 92 to 108%.
