摘要
采用内涂OV - 1固定液的石英毛细管气相色谱柱和FID检测器 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物 ,在适宜的条件下对异丙草胺、莠去津两种组份同时进行定量分析。本方法中异丙草胺和莠去津变异系数分别为 0 .2 9%和 0 .5 8% ,平均回收率为 99.95 %和 10 0 .13% ,线性相关系数皆约为 0 .9999。
A quantitative analysis of propisochlor and atrazine SC by capillary gas chromatography with fused silica chromatographic column packed with OV-1 was developed.Dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and the FID detector were used .The results showed that the coefficient of variation, average recovery and linear correlation of propisochlor and atrazine were 0.29%, 99.95% , 0.9999 and 0.58%,100.13%,0.9999 respectively.
