摘要
目的：了解我院抗高血压药应用现状及趋势。方法：对我院2001-2005年抗高血压药销售金额、用药频度等指标进行统计、分析。结果：抗高血压药销售金额逐年上升；销售金额最大的为钙拮抗药；用药频度最高的为硝苯地平。结论：钙拮抗药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类药物为我院抗高血压的主流药物。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the situation and the tendency of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital. METHODS： The consumption sum and DDDs etc of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The consumption sum of antihypertensive were increasing year on year, leading the list were calcium antagonists, with nifedipine dominating the first place in terms of DDDs.CONCLUSION： Calcium antagonists and ngiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitor（ACE1） are the major antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital.
