黄花倒水莲总皂苷对鹌鹑高脂血症模型的调脂作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的:利用鹌鹑饵食性高脂血症模型研究黄花倒水莲总皂苷的调脂作用。方法:连续给予鹌鹑35d高脂饲料,形成高脂血症模型,停止高脂饲料喂养,分别给予黄花倒水莲总苷(PTS)25、50、100mg.kg-1;阳性药辛伐他汀2mg.kg-135d。分别于给药前和给药后35d测定血清中TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C和SOD活性,MDA,NO含量,取肝组织测定TC,TG含量。结果:造模35d后血清中TC,TG和LDL-C及MDA,肝组织中TC,TG含量升高,血清中HDL-C和NO含量和SOD活性降低。结论:PTS能降低血清中TC、TG和LDL-C及MDA,肝组织中TC、TG,升高血清中HDL-C和NO含量和增强SOD活性。 AIM: To study the lipid regulation effects of PTS in quails fed with high lipid diet. METHODS: Quails were fed with high fatty diet for consecutive 35 days as hyperlipidmia model. Quails administered with different doses (25, 50, 100 mg· kg^-1 ) of PTS and quails administered with Simvastatin as the positive control for 35 days. The concentration of TC ( total cholesterol), TG ( triglyceride), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and NO in serum before and after administration were determined. The concentration of TC,TG in liver have also been determined. RESULTS: After 35 days the concentration of TC,TG,LDL-C, NO and MDA in serum of quails, TC,TG in liver increased, while HDL-C and the activity of SOD in serum decreased. CONCLUSION: PTS can decrease semm's TC, TG, LDL-C in serum. It oppositely increases the serum HDL-C,NO and activity of SOD.
