摘要
目的 :利用大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型研究黄花倒水莲总皂苷 (PTS)调脂作用。方法 :预防性给药时 ,连续给予高脂饲料 2 1d后形成高脂模型 ,给高脂饲料同时给予黄花倒水莲总皂苷 ,2 1d后改用普通饲料 ,继续给药 14d ,分别于第 2 1天和第 3 5天测定血清中TC、TG、MDA含量。治疗性给药时 ,连续给予SD大鼠高脂饲料 ,2 1d后形成高脂模型 ,停止造模 ,给予普通饲料并给予PTS ,给药 14d后测定血清中TC、TG、HDL C、LDL C、MDA含量和SOD活性。结果 :预防性给药时大鼠造模 2 1d后TC、TG和MDA含量升高 ,PTS高剂量能降低血清中TC、TG和MDA含量 ;继续给药 14d后 ,PTS高剂量组能明显降低血清中TC、TG和MDA含量。在治疗性给药中 ,高剂量组能显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL C和MDA含量并显著升高HDL C含量和SOD活性。结论 :高脂饲料喂养2 1d即可形成高脂模型 ;黄花倒水莲总皂苷对大鼠血清TC、TG及MDA含量均有降低作用并呈剂量相关性。
AIM:To study t he blood lipid regula ting effects of the total saponins from Polygala aureocauda Dunn.(PTS). METHOD: The rats were fed with high fat diet to form the experimental hyperlipid emic model. In prevention study, the rats were raised with high fat diet for three w eeks,and at the same time administered with various doses of PTS. Then rats wer e ra ised with normal diet for another two weeks and administered with various doses of PTS. The concentration of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and malo ndialdehyde (MDA) in serum was determined in 21 d and 35 d; In the therapeu tic st udy, the rats were raised with high fat diet for three weeks, then rats were rai sed with normal diet for another two weeks and administered with various doses o f PTS. In the last time, the concentrations of TC,TG,MDA,HDL-C,LDL-C and a ct ivity of SOD in serum and the concentrations of TC and TG in liver were determin ed. RESULT:The experimental hyperlipidemic rat models were est ablished after being fe d with high fat diet for three weeks. In prevention study and treatment study, P TS can decrease the serum TC and TG remarkably. It can also decrease the serum L DL-C, MDA and raise the serum HDL-C and SOD. CONCLUSION: These re sults suggest that PTS has significant blood lipid regulating effects and ant i-oxidative effects on hyperlipidemic rats.
