川芎嗪对多动症大鼠神经递质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】观察川芎嗪对自发性高血压模型大鼠(SHR)脑组织及血清中单胺类神经递质含量的影响。【方法】将24只SHR大鼠随机分为模型对照组、川芎嗪高剂量组(剂量为40 mg.kg-1.d-1)、川芎嗪低剂量组(剂量为20 mg.kg-1.d-1)、利他林组(剂量为4 mg.kg-1.d-1);各组按设计剂量灌胃给药14 d后,分别取血清及大脑海马组织,采用高效液相法检测多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。【结果】除低剂量组对血清中NE无显著性影响外,川芎嗪高、低剂量组可显著性降低脑组织及血清中NE的含量,升高DA与5-HT的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),且两组作用均优于利他林。【结论】川芎嗪对多动症大鼠神经递质具有一定的调节作用。 [Objective] To observe the effect of liguistrazine (Liz) on cerebral and serum monoamine neurotransmitter contents in spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR). [ Methods] Twenty-four SHR rats were randomized into model group, hight-dose Liz group (40 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), low-dose Liz group (20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), and votalin group(4 mg·kg^-1·d^-1) .The rats received gastric gavage of corresponding drugs according to the experimental design for 14 days. After treatment, the serum and hippocampal contents of dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine (NE) were detected with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [ Results] High- and low-dose Liz markedly decreased cerebral NE content, increased serum and cerebral DA and 5-HT contents (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01) as compared with the control group), and high-dose Liz decreased the serum NE content while low-dose Liz had no effect on serum NE, the effect of Liz was superior to that of votalin. [Conclusion] Liguistrazine has a certain regulatory effect on neurotransmitter in hyperkinesis rats.
