补脾益肾颗粒联合脑电生物反馈治疗注意力障碍型儿童注意缺陷多动症 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察补脾益肾颗粒联合脑电生物反馈治疗注意力障碍型儿童注意缺陷多动症临床疗效。方法将注意力障碍型注意缺陷多动症患儿50例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各25例,对照组采用脑电生物反馈仪治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予补脾益肾颗粒口服。疗程均为4周,应用疾病疗效标准、治疗前后脑电θ/β值、注意缺陷与多动障碍量表及行为量表评分、精神科疾病临床疗效总评量表SI评分指标评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);治疗后2组脑电θ/β值、注意缺陷与多动障碍量表及行为量表评分、精神科疾病临床疗效总评量表SI评分均较治疗前显著降低,但治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补脾益肾颗粒联合脑电生物反馈治疗能明显改善注意力障碍型儿童注意缺陷多动症,疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the integrative treatment with the spleen and kidney invigorating particles and EEG biofeedback for children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder on the type of attentiondeficit. Methods A total of 50 children were randomly divided into observation group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases). Both groups were given EEG biofeedback treatment,and the observation group was added Chinese traditional medicine of the spleen and kidney invigorating particles. The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups,and then the curative effect was evaluated and curative effect as well as the θ / β value detected by EEG biofeedback and ADHD diagnostic scale,severty of illness of Psychiatric disease clinical curative effect before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 80. 0%,which was significantly higher than 60. 0% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Allθ / β value detected by EEG biofeedback and ADHD diagnostic scale,severty of illness of Psychiatric disease clinical curative effect were significantly lower after treatment in both groups and the indexes in the observation group were even much lower,the difference being of statistical significance( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated treatment with the spleen and kidney invigorating particles and EEG biofeedback is significant for children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder on thetype of attention-deficit.
