摘要
学生干部是辅导员做好学生工作的得力助手,是师生关系联系的桥梁和纽带,是学校第二课堂和校园文化建设的主力军。高职院校辅导员应从学生干部的选拔、培养、使用和考核等方面加强学生干部队伍建设,充分发挥学生干部作用。
Students cadres provide important and necessary aids for the assistants, they are the bridges between the students and teachers and they are also the major ones in constructing the after-class activities and campus culture. The assistants of the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of cadres from selecting, cultivating and assessment, and make full use of the students cadres.
