摘要
随着高校大幅扩招,如何建设一支高素质的学生干部队伍,成为摆在高校学生管理者和教育者面前的一项重大课题。结合自身的实际工作,作者将人力资源管理中的激励机制应用到学生干部队伍的管理中去,取得了很好的效果。
With the expanding enrolment in higher school, how to build a nice cadre staff for the student＇s work is an inportant task for the managers and educators in higher school. The author himself applied the encouraging mechanism of human resources to the cadre staff for the student＇s work, and has obtained the good result.
