摘要
学生干部是学校学生中的骨干,是联系教师与学生的桥梁和纽带,是沟通师生之间、同学之间感情的枢纽,是学校思想政治教育队伍的重要组成部分,是教育、管理的重要力量之一。因此,学生干部的培养和教育对于推进高校学生管理工作有着重大的意义。
Student cadres are the backbone of school students, they are the bridge and link to contact teachers and students, the emotional hub between teachers and students, they are important part of ideological and political education team, are one of important forces in education and management. Therefore, the cultivation and education of student leaders has great sig- nificance to promote college students＇ management.
