摘要
介绍了新型沥青混合料搅拌站粒料配料装置的工作原理及系统组成,并通过室内调试与现场测试,解决了配料装置的防粉尘及防振动的干扰,技术性能完全能够满足要求,且大大降低了制造成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the principle and system components of a new granular ingredients mixing device of the asphalt mixing plant, and solves the interference of the anti-dust and the anti-vibration to the mixing device, through laboratory testing and field testing. The technical performance of this new mixing device can completely meet the requirements, and can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost. So it can achieve good economic results and there is much value to promote it.
