摘要
介绍了配料控制系统的工作过程的结构原理 ,对影响系统精度的原因进行了分析 ,提出了提高系统精度的若干措施。采用一种新的自适应模糊PID算法 ,实现变速控制和落差补偿。从传感器、测量电路和称料斗安装方面采取硬件和软件措施来提高系统的称量精度。系统投入运行后的结果表明 ,系统运行稳定 ,精度提高 ,提高了产量和质量 。
The operational procedure and structural principle of burden control system are introduced and the factors affecting system accuracy are analyzed,as well as the measures of enhancing system accuracy are stated.By using a new self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm,variable speed control and compensation on drop in elevation are implemented.The weighing accuracy is enhanced from hardware and software measures for transducers,measuring circuits,and installation of charging hopper.The result of operation put into service shows that the system is stable and with high accuracy,thus,the quantity and quality of production are enhanced.
