摘要
为消除混凝土搅拌机存在的搅拌低效区缺陷,根据搅拌机的结构特点和工作原理,分析了低效区产生的原因和危害;通过对振动搅拌法、工作装置参数优化法和双排搅拌叶片结构法的理论分析和试验研究,分析了不同的低效区消除方法对混凝土搅拌质量和效率的影响。结果表明:搅拌低效区是圆筒形强制式搅拌机结构的固有缺陷;搅拌装置工作时存在的速度梯度是低效区产生的根本原因;消除低效区可显著提高搅拌设备的作业质量和效率。
For elimi and harmfulness of nating the inefficient zo mixing inefficient zone working principle of the mixer. Through t nating methods of vibrating mixing, the blades, the influence of these methods on suhs indicate that mixing inefficient zone is ne of concrete mixer, this paper analyzed the reasons , which were based on the construction features and heory analysis and experimental research on the elimioptimization of mixing mechanism and double-row mixing quality and efficiency were analyzed. The rethe intrinsic defect of the forced mixer with cylindrical trough, which is determined by the mixer's structure;the velocity gradient of the mixing mechanism is the essential reason of the inefficient zone. Eliminating the inefficient zone can improve mixing quality and efficiency. 1 tab, 6 figs, 8 refs.
