摘要
农业、农村和农民问题是关系我国改革开放和现代化建设全局的重要问题。我国广大农村有着巨大的高等教育人才需求市场和丰富的生源,我国高等教育的持续发展与农村的现代化建设都迫切要求高等教育要面向农村。
Agriculture,countryside and peasants are important in the reform and opening-up and the modernization.In the countryside there are huge requirement market and abundant student resources.The continuous development of higher education and the countryside modernization feel the strong need of developing higher education to the countryside.
