摘要
分别以焦炭和自行开发的新型组合填料为塔内构件 ,对清水和餐厅污水在填料塔中的氧传递特性进行了分析和实验研究 .纯氧和空气供氧实验结果证实 ,氧传递过程为液膜控制 .通过实验测定了清水和餐厅污水在组合型填料和焦炭填料塔中曝气过程溶解氧的变化规律 ;对相同操作条件下焦炭和组合型填料在清水与餐厅污水中的氧转移系数进行了比较 ;从实验结果回归得到了上述填料塔内清水与餐厅污水中氧转移系数计算关联式 。
The features of oxygen transfer in water or restaurant_wastewater were studied in two towers that were filled with new_style combined packing and coke packing separately. The experimental results showed that the rate of oxygen transfer is controlled by the resistance of liquid_film. The oxygen transfer characteristics of combined packing or coke packing in water or restaurant wastewater were investigated by parallel experiments. The equations for calculating liquid_phase overall volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient in water or restaurant_wastewater correlated with the experimental results. The calculated results by the correlating equations conformed with the experimental data. Finally, a comparison was made between the liquid_phase overall volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient in water and that in restaurant wastewater.
