摘要
目的:观察降脂益肝汤联合安络化纤丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:治疗组83例采用降脂益肝汤联合安络化纤丸治疗,对照组采用VitE及护肝片治疗,观察治疗前后的肝功能、血脂水平及B超检查。结果:治疗组治疗后症状明显减轻,肝功能、血脂水平明显改善,肝内脂肪减少,肝脏回缩,与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。总有效率治疗组91.57%、对照组33.33%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:降脂益肝汤联合安络化纤丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有很好疗效。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of jiangzhiyigan Decoction combined with Anluohuaxian Pilule in the treatment of non -alcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods： 119 eases with NASH were randomly divided into two groups. 83 cases of observed group were given jiangzhiyigan Decoction combined with Arduohuaxian Pilule for 3 months ; 36 cases of control group were given vitE and huganpian. Results; At the end of treatment, the clinical symptom and the level of serum ALT, AST, TC, TG, ADL - C were signifi- candy decreased in the observed group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The total therapeutic efficacy rate was higher in the observed group （91.57%） than in the control group （33.33 % ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It indicated that the jiangzhiyigan Decoction combined with Anluohnaxian Pilule in the treatment of non - alcoholic steatohepatitis is more effective.
