摘要
目的研究复方玉芩胶囊治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法采用随机平行对照方法,选择非酒精性脂肪肝(肝郁气滞血瘀型)患者70例,平均分成两组。观察组给予复方玉芩胶囊治疗,对照组给予胆宁片治疗。治疗3个月后观察两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、肝脏CT分级、血脂的变化。结果观察组临床总有效率为85.8%,对照组为65.7%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组中医症候积分明显减少(P<0.05),CT分级明显减轻(P<0.05),总胆固醇、三酰甘油明显下降(P<0.05)。结论复方玉芩胶囊治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Fufang Yuqin Capsule＂ in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Method Seventy subjects were equally randomized into two groups：observation group in which ＂Fufang Yuqin Capsule＂ was given and control group in which ＂Danning Tablet＂ was given. Three months later,the clinical efficacy,symptom scores, liver CT grading and blood lipid were observed. Results The total effective rate was 85.58% in observation group, higher than that of control group （P〈 0.05）; the symptom scores, liver CT grading, total cholesterol and triglyceride reduced more significantly in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Fufang Yuqin Capsule＂ has positive effects on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
