摘要
为了提高脂肪肝的临床疗效,自拟降脂益肝汤为主方:泽泻20～30g、生首乌15～20g、草决明15～20g、丹参15～30g、生山楂30g、黄精15～20g、虎杖12～15g、大荷叶15g,治疗脂肪肝100例,同时设对照组69例,采用西药常规疗法治疗。临床以症状、体征、肝功能、血脂、B型超声结果作为观察指标。结果:观察组治愈56例,显效34例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率为96％;对照组为76.8％。经统计学处理两组疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。
In order to improve the curative effects of fatty liver, the wirter made the prescription 'Jiangzhiyigantang' by himself, its compositions were: Zexie 20-30g, Shengsouwu 15-20g, Caojueming 15-20g, Danshen 15-30g, Shengsanza 30g, Hungjing 12-15g and Heyie 15g. Fatty liver (100 cases) were treated with the prescription, the control group (69 cases) were treated with west medicine. The observation indexes were clinical symptoms, liver function, blood-lipid and results of 'B' type ultrasonie examinations. The results showed that: the group with prescription, 56cases recovered, 34cases got better, 6cases were effective, 4cases were ineffective, the general effectiveness rate was 94%; the control group was 76.8% (P<0.05)
