摘要
目的:预测医院制剂呋喃西林麻黄碱滴鼻液的稳定性,为临床提供贮存期依据。方法:采用经典恒温加速法,分别在55,65,75,85℃恒温条件下,在不同间隔时间内用紫外分光光度法测定呋喃西林的含量。结果:其稳定性与温度有关,符合Arhenius公式。结论:本制剂在室温(25)时贮存期为80.8d。
OBJECTIVE:To estimate the stability of furacillin and ephedrine nasal drops,which will be considered as the base of storage life for clinic use.METHODS:Classic isothermal accelerated tests were used at 4 different temperatures of 55,65,75,85℃.Samples were taken at certain time intervals and the content of furacillin was determined using UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS:The stability of furacillin was related to the temprerature which was in consistent with Arrhenius equation.CONCLUSION:Under the condition of room temperature(25℃) the storage life of furacillin was about 80.8 d.
