摘要
本文采用经典恒温加速实验法对复方呋喃西林滴鼻液的稳定性进行了预测,有效期约为2个月,相关系数为r=0.9961~0.9976,同时进行留样观察,与加速实验预测时间基本一致,还粗略考察了光强度对其稳定性的影响,有利于制剂的质量控制。
he stability of compound furacilin nasal drops was estimated using classic isothermal accelerated tests. Theexpiry date is about two months .γ=- 0. 9961 ~ 0. 9976. The reserved samples were tested to show the consis-tency. The effect of light intensrty to the stabilrty was also investiged.
