摘要
目的 :预测中药制剂利胆合剂的稳定性以保证临床用药安全有效。方法 :采用经典恒温加速法 ,分别在 4 5℃、5 5℃、6 5℃、75℃恒温条件下 ,在不同间隔时间内用酸性染料比色法测定制剂中总生物碱含量。结果 :制剂中总生物碱含量平均回收率为 94 .6 7%。结论 :制剂稳定性与温度有关 ,符合Arrhenius公式。本制剂在室温 (2 5℃ )时贮存期为 32 4 .6日。
Objective: To predict the stability of Lidan Mixture and ensure the safety and utility in clinical medication. Methods: The content of alkaloid was detected by chromatometry with acid stain in different interval, under 45℃, 55℃, 65℃, 75℃ with the classic homoiothermy acceleration. Results: The recover rate of the content of alkaloid in all preparation was 94.67%. Conclusion: The preparation's stability was related with temperature, according with Arrhenius formula. The preparation could storage 324.6 days under the room temperature(25℃).
