摘要
甘草酸灌胃给药对哺乳幼大鼠及新鲜蛋黄液诱发的小鼠高血脂均有降低作用,另外,用高脂饮食喂饲的家鸽,每日以甘草酸灌服后15、20、50天,血清胆固醇也有所降低,给药15天时甘油三酯有所降低。病理组织学检查,主动脉粥样硬化性病理改变,给药组家鸽较高脂组家鸽为轻。
Here we show the results of experimental research on antilipidic effect of glycyrrhetic acid (GA), on animal model with hyperlipidemia in our lab.1).50 mg/kg(A) and 100 mg/kg(B)of GA were orally administered to larval rats. Comparing to control group, the decrement rates of cholesterol(CH) in A and B was 31.80% and 25.68% (P<0.05) respectively. Yet, decrement of triglyceride (TG) in B was 27.59% (P<0.05).2). A and B of GA were orally administered to mice group with hypercholesterloemia induced by administering fresh yolkfluid. Comparing to contrlo group,decrement of CH was 23.60% in A of GA (P<0.01) and 17.27% in B of GA (P<0.05).As above method, after administered with B of GA,there were a TG decrement of 27.27% in A of GA and 29.35%% in B of GA (P<0.05) and a CH decrement of 15.27% (P<0.05)in mice with hyperlipidemia induced by hyperlipidic diet.40 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg of GA were orally administered to pigeons with hyperlipidemia. The results showed a decreased CH level and a decreased TG level (P<0.05). Histopathologically,the changes in hepar and aota of pigeons which were administered GA were milder than that of control group.Experimental results suggested that GA may decrease blood lipid and prevent atherosclerosis.
