摘要
组织培养制备的狂犬病毒灭活疫苗与重组白细胞介素2同时免疫BALB/c鼠和Swiss鼠,检测不同时间的鼠血清中抗病毒IgG抗体和中和抗体效价。结果显示:在白细胞介素2的作用下,抗体产生的时间提前,抗体效价提高(P<0.01),BALB/c鼠和Swiss鼠比较,前者的抗体效价更高(P<0.01)。狂犬疫苗与白细胞介素2联合免疫后NK细胞杀伤活性显著提高,达51.37%(P<0.01),特异性细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)活性的二次反应显著加强(P<0.01)。
In determining whether the interleukin2(IL 2) could be an adjuvent to increase the immune response of mouse to inactivated radies virus vaccine.BALB/c mice and Swiss mice were divided equally into two groups respectively.They were immunized by the inactivated rabies virus vaccine with IL 2 or without IL 2,and detected for anti virus IgG antibody and virus neutralizing antibody after vaccination.The results showed that the anti virus IgG antibodies and virus neutralizing antibodies had appeared 5 days earlier for the group with IL 2 than the one without IL 2.The antibody titer had raised much higher for the group with IL 2 than another one.Similarly,as an adjuvent,the IL 2 was able to increase the cellular immune response to the vaccine.CBA/J mice were immunized some vaccine and IL 2,the activity of nature killer cells(NK)and the activity of specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL)reached a high level,they were 51.3±6.7% and 29.1±3.0%,respectively.
