人才选拔技术的新贵——情景判断测验 被引量:2

摘要 情景判断测验是人才选拔的一种新技术,它通过模拟工作中实际发生或可能发生的情景,要求测试者针对情景中的问题对相应可能的几种反应做出判断。情景判断测验的开发程序包括设置情景、收集对情景可能产生的反应选项、确定反应方式和确定赋分方法四个步骤。情景判断测验应用于人力资源管理实践的时间还不长,但其价值已经得到了充分的证实。
