摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类普遍存在的长度约为21-25个核苷酸的小分子RNA,通过与靶mRNA3^+端非编码区互补结合在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达。血细胞形成是一个包括多个基因有序的开启和关闭,复杂而又精密的调控过程,调控异常会导致各种血液病的发生。miRNA参与了造血调控并与某些血液系统肿瘤的发生相关。 They regulate gene atopoiesis is one of MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of 21-25 nucleotide small nonprotein-coding RNAs. expression at post-transcriptional level by mRNA the most important highly regulated multistage p degradation or translation repression.
