摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长约22nt(19-25nt)在进化方面属保守的非编码RNAs,miRNA与靶mRNA3′端非翻译区序列不完全互补结合,抑制翻译,在转录后水平调控靶基因的表达。miRNA在人体内发挥着非常广泛而重要的调控作用。本文对miRNA的特征、功能特点及在人类血液系统肿瘤发生中的作用等方面的研究进展进行综述。 The microRNAs (miRNAs) are an evolutionarily conserved class of 22 nucleotide (19 -25 nt) noncoding RNAs. The miRNAs are partially complementary to 3' untranslated region of target mRNA, resulting in the repression of gene expression at post-transcriptional level. The miRNAs have been associated with diverse biological processes. This review summarizes recent progress of research on the characteristics and function of miRNAs, and the role of miRNAs in hematological malignancy development.
