龟龙坚骨汤方对去卵巢大鼠脂联素和瘦素影响的实验研究 被引量:1

Effect of GuiLong JianGu Decoction on the Content of Adiponectin and Leptin in Ovariectomy Induced Osteoporosis Rats

摘要 目的:探讨龟龙坚骨汤对卵巢大鼠脂联素和瘦素的影响。方法:6月龄的雌性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、西药组、中药组和空白组。造模成功后,中药组给予龟龙坚骨汤灌胃;西药组给予尼尔雌醇灌胃;模型组和空白组给予蒸馏水灌胃。治疗3个月后,分别测量各组大鼠骨密度和外周血清中脂联素和瘦素含量。结果:模型组的全身骨密度、腰椎骨密度减少,但只有在腰椎骨密度方面与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,只有西药组在腰部骨密度方面与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在脂联素方面,中药组和西药组均能有效降低脂联素的水平(P<0.05),而在瘦素方面,中药组和西药组均能提高瘦素的水平(P<0.05)。结论:龟龙坚骨汤对卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松症有明显的治疗作用,其对脂联素和瘦素的影响机制有待进一步研究。 Objective:To investigate the effect of GuiLong JianGu decoction on the content of adiponectin and leptin in ovariectomy induced osteoporosis rats.Methods:All 60 six-month-old female rats were divided into 4 groups: ovariectomized group,estrogen supplemented group,traditional Chinese herbs group,and normal control group.After establishing model,the rats of traditional Chinese herbs group were given the intragastric administration with the GuiLong JianGu decoction.The rats of estrogen supplemented group were given Nilestriol,and the rats of the others group were given distilled water.The bone mineral density(BMD) was measured 3 months after administration.The content of adiponectin(APN) and leptin(LP) were also measured.Results:The BMD of body and lumbar vertebrae in ovariectomized group were decreased.But the BMD of lumbar vertebrae was significantly different between normal control group and ovariectomized group(p0.05),and it was significantly different between estrogen supplemented group and ovariectomized group 3 months after treatment(p0.05).In traditional Chinese herbs group and estrogen supplemented group,the content of adiponectin was decreased,inversely,the the content of leptin was increased(p0.05).Conclusion:GuiLong JianGu decoction has obviously therapeutic effect on ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis,but the mechanism of the effect on adipolectin and leptin needs to be further studied.
