摘要
从2000年开始,国家开始在内地发达城市开办内地新疆高中班。对于新疆班学生来说,要在内地进行学习和生活,跨文化适应是一个很重要的问题。基于从文化多元主义的角度,对内地开办新疆班的学校提出了多元文化教育背景下的教育对策,希望能为新疆班学生在内地实现良好的文化适应提供教育参考。
From 2000, some students from Xinjiang arrived at developed cities of the inland to study. For Xinjiang students, studying and living in the inland, acculturation is a very important issue. From the perspective of cultural pluralism, this paper offers some educational strategies on the multicultural education background for schools inland which have the classes for Xinjiang students , and hopes to provide some references for the accuhuration of Xinjiang students.
