摘要
作为一所高职院校,承办五年制新疆班是广东外语艺术职业学院面临的一大挑战。对于这批具有自身特点的新疆班学生,学校探索出一种适应性管理模式,即通过调整思路、变换角度,使各种管理要素适应新疆班学生这一特殊的教育对象,从而帮助他们尽快地适应在粤的学习和生活。
As a higher vocational college, the contractor for Xinjiang class for five years, is a big challenge to Guangdong Teachers＂ College of Foreign Language and Arts. For this group of Xinjiang students with their own characteristics, the school developed an adaptive management mode, namely through the adjustment of training thought, transform the angle, so that a variety of management elements adapted to Xinjiang students, the special object of education, and to help them to quickly adapt to living and studying in Guangdong.
