摘要
在汽车的研制开发过程中,用室内整车振动试验台做可靠性试验比在实际道路和道路试验场上做试验有许多优点,如节省大量时间和人力物力,结果可比性强,对车辆可随机检查等.本文介绍了约束式振动试验台利用三组油缸提供四个自由度的模拟工况的结构,并重点介绍了该试验台的振动输入的激励信号的采集和处理方法.对新车型开发过程中的可靠性试验有指导意义.
In automobile development, the reliability experiment made on in-door entire automobile vibration test desk is superior than that made on practical road or road test site, such as time ecconomy, good result comparison, automobile random inspection etc. This paper expounds a vibration test desk of constrained type, the structure of which may perform the simulated work condition of four degree freedom by using three groups of oil cylinder, and emphaticlly introduces method for collecting and processing exciting signals of vibration input of the test desk. In new automobile developing, it posseses guiding significance in reliability test.
