摘要
为了使自行研制的整车振动试验台符合设计要求,满足对新产品的各种模拟性能试验,对整车振动试验台进行了研究,着重分析了整车振动试验台在使用过程中所产生的问题,提出系统的整改措施,从材料、工艺、加工、安装、调试各方面进行研究,提出切实可行的解决方案,经实施后效果明显,达到预期目的,由此证明技术创新过程中技术方案与实施效果是有一定差异的,需要不断改进与完善。
