摘要
利用高效制备液相色谱法,以甲醇-水为流动相,通过优化色谱分析和制备条件,从野生菱角壳的提取物中分离出3个生物碱组分,并利用红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱进行了初步的结构分析,确定了生物碱的可能结构.
Three alkaloid components in the hull of wilding water chestnut have been separated and collected by high performance preparative liquid chromatography under the optimized preparing chromatographic condition.The solvent system of methanolwater is selected as the mobile phase.The structure of three collected components is determined according to the analysis of IR and Uv-vis spectra.
