摘要
报道了铝、铜、镍、锌等贱金属的电子浆料。通过对铝电子浆料进行X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、热重和差热分析,表明贱金属电子浆料内的玻璃成分熔蚀了贱金属粒子表面的氧化物,使其能互相熔接在一起,形成导电网络。而贱金属表面氧化物的钝化性使烧结后的导电膜具有一定稳定性。
The electronic thick film material is made of aluminum, copper, nickel and zinc powers. By means of SEM, X-ray analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and thermoanalysis, the conduction mechanism of the material is illustrated. It is shown that in the course of sintering, the metal powders will contact each other and form a conductive network when the glass have melted away part of the oxide covering the metal powders and the powders lost their conductivity therefore. The mechanism has also answered some questions regarding the phenomena appeared in the experiment of the material.
