摘要
近年来,法学本科教育得到了长足发展,但随着经济的发展和社会的进步,我国高等教育已进入了“大众化”阶段,法学教育又面临着新的挑战,文章在对各国法学教育比较分析的基础上,研究和探索适合我国国情的法学人才培养模式。
In recent years, the legal education has got very great development, With the development of economy and advancement of society , higher education has became more and more popular, legal education is faced with new challenge, the paper compares the law education of different countries and analyses the training model of law talents in china.
