摘要
目的：观察外伤复明胶囊对实验动物血栓形成及血小板粘附功能的影响。方法：分别进行小鼠抗体内血栓形成实验、家兔抗体外血栓形成实验和大鼠抗血小板粘附实验。结果：外伤复明胶囊对小鼠体内血栓形成致死抑制率为30％～40％；抗家兔体外血栓形成作用优于丹参对照组；抗大鼠血小板粘附作用低于丹参对照组。结论：外伤复明胶囊有抑制实验动物血栓形成和抗血小板粘附作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of waishang fuming capsule in experimentalthrombosis and function of thrombocyte adhesion. METHODS: Mice anti-thrombotic experiments in vivo, rabbit anti-thrombotic experiments in vitro and rat anti thrombocyte adhesion ex-periments were performed respectively. RESULTS: The repression rate of waishang fuming capsule for the mice fatality due to thrombosis was in vivo 30% ~ 40%. The anti-thrombotic effect ofwaishang fuming capsule for rabbit in vitro was better than in salvia miltiorrhiza control group.The anti-thrombocyte adhesion effect of waishang fuming capsule in rat was lower than in salviamiltiorrhiza control group. CONCLUSION: Waishang fuming capsule has effect ofanti-thrombotic and anti- thrombocyte adhesion in experimental animals.
