摘要
对常体wistar雄性大鼠饲喂五香粉和冰淇淋,结果表明饲喂五香粉的大鼠出现了热体体质,肝Na^+-K^+-ATP...活性、血清T_3、T_4含量增高,而饲喂冰淇淋的大鼠出现了寒体体质,这些指标都降低,经统计学处理有显著性差异。另外,血清T含量对照组最高,冰淇淋组最低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
When normal Wister male rats were fed with spiced food and ice-cream respectively, the rats in the fomer group revealed a constitution of hot nature with Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity, serum T,, T_4 levels all increased, while rats in the other group revealed constitution of cold nature with lowered levels of the indices, the difference being statistically significant. For serum T, the control group revealed the highest level, while that of ice-cream group, the lowest, again the difference being significant.(P<0.05)
