摘要
三七粉口服能够抑制小鼠的凝血，并有一定的量效关系，以２．８ｇ／ｋｇ，５．６ｇ／ｋｇ（相当于成人等效量的４～８倍）时最为明显。这种抗凝血作用主要在内源性凝血系统，并对血小板聚集性有一定的抑制作用（抑制率５８．１％），提示该药所用剂量的大小对于凝血系统有一定的影响。
t was showed that the powder of Radix Panax notoginseng (i. g. ) could inhibit the mouse's blood coagulationwith the dose-effect relationship by the experiments of blood coagulation system (BCS). It was the obviously effectsat the dosages of 2.8g/kg and 5.6g/kg (equivalance of 4-8 times adult dose). The action of notoginseng was mainlyon the intrisic coagulation system, also on the platelet aggreegation (inhibiting ratio 58.1%). It is suggested that thedoses of it could affect on BCS.
